You're talking like someone who has never truly suffered, never watched someone truly suffer, and never cleaned up the wreck left behind.

In essence, you don't know what you're talking about.

The thing that makes life valuable is that it is finite.

There are some things people should not be forced to live through. Especially not because of someone else's warped religious perceptions. So yes, I'm in favor of euthanasia. I've assisted in the euthanasia of about a dozen animals and ended the lives of several suffering animals on my own. It was mercy, not nihilism.

Sometimes babies are born with rare conditions that doom them to a life of suffering. It is always more merciful to end their lives before they feel pain. Unless, of course, you're some kind of sick twisted sadist who gets off on watching babies suffer.

I'll take the nihilism over that any damn day. But you do you.
