You're right that the fertility community is being hit harder by these bans. You're more likely to have complications, statistically speaking.

They'll let you die rather than end that pregnancy that is killing you. That's just the cold hard truth of it. I read a story from the Washinfron Post (I believe) about two women who went through infertility treatment , which they bonded through, and then both suffered ruptured membranes right before reaching the "all clear" mark of 22 weeks.

One of them very nearly died.

Everyone has to make their own decisions, but mine would either be to go out of the state, out of the country, or put it aside rather than have a baby in these states. I'm serious as a heart attack. Those would be my terms for having a baby, most especially if I needed infertility treatment.
