You're right about generized American entitlement. However, you're still derailing a specific conversation. One that is not tied to country, the US or any other and is about specific male entitlement to women's time, attention, labor, and affection. It's a worldwide entitlement.

I encourage you to 'pen' your thoughts about American entitlement highlighting the poor treatment of service industry workers in an article of your own where it's more appropriate.
