You're not getting as much traction on this one, probably, because you have the word 'prostitution' in your title. You're being suppressed by the algorithm because of that word/title choice.

Medium is actively trying to lower the temperature after complaints about echo chambers, trolls, raging, the algorithm pushing out conservative voices etc.

As has been states before, I read 99% of your articles the day they hit my feed. You write this piece 3 days ago but I didn't see it till today. Even though, we have repeated engagement, which should boost you to the top of quarter ranking of my feed each and every time (that's how it usually goes), this article was very far down the feed. Maybe 30 seconds down of scrolling, maybe a little less, I wasn't exactly timing it; and that's after two refreshes or more.

Might want to consider retitling the piece to something less provocative in that manner and see if that helps your engagement. There are programs that can help you with title generation; Google it or ask ChatGPT.
