You're misrepresenting what Sanni Lark and Human Revolution are saying about TradWife culture.

Secondly, if your friend is independently wealthy, then she's not TradWife. She's not having to chain herself financially to a man and depend on him to provide for her like most women who follow TradWife culture do.

If he turns out to be unsavory in some way, a dud, she can leave or kick him out. A real TradWife cannot.

Seeing the distinction?

She's more like me, only she wants the husband, for the aesthetic probably, and I didn't. Only I realized I had some priviledge to make that happen; I also had to work my ass off for it. You're making her sound more like an entitled little princess looking to screw over other women who don't agree with her.

Secondly, in these discussions, is she simply stating her preference or desire or is she claiming it should be the way she fantasizes (and this IS a fantasy not reality) for everyone?

If I told you that as a man, despite any other factors, you should have to have to ask out every single woman you come across before you can say you're ignored, you'd be pissed and fight back against that too. And for good reason.

It's the same thing.
