You're forcing a literal interpretation on a hypothetical.

It's not about men or bears. It's about trust and violence.

A bear cannot make manipulate, lie, and had not societal gaslightiing condoning their behavior when violent.

Humans do lie with regular frequency, we're manipulative and obsessed with advantage, and there are societal constructs that both promote and condone some of our harmful behaviors based on gender and other things.

With a bear or any other animal, what you get is what you get. You don't have to worry about underhandedness or being pressured into accepting bad treatment or harm to keep the peace.

Bear vs man is as much a societal rebuke as it is about male behavior. It's not really about individual men. It's about that potential violence, especially sexual violence they are afforded by virtue of being male.

It's about the stochastic terror one gender lives at the hands of another because of that dynamic.

Therefor, it's not exist because the only reason women get chosen instead of the bear is that society does not gaslight men into accepting sexual violence or the constant threat of sexual violence from women. Men are not objectified by women. Women are not afforded "right to" male bodies whenever and however they want. Men are not considered the public property of women unless they have been claimed by a specific one; otherwise they're fair game for whatever.

If that's the way it was for Men, you could be damn sure if it was bear vs woman, that bear would get picked every damn time.
