Who questions whether or not having a tracheotomy or a bypass or even having a testicle removed due to testicular cancer is a moral decision or not?

They don't.

No one is trying to make those medical procedures illegal.

Abortion is different. It exists as a medical issue, a legal one, a religious one, and a constitutional one.
