You’re right about Disney’s improvement, especially since acquiring Pixar.

I don’t think it goes far enough though, overall. Bare minimum, I would still scrutinize heavily any Disney film before letting my kids watch it for sexist tropes. Frankly, that includes ones about males too.

And I would not let Disney be a culture in the family. Mostly there I’m talking about all the prince and princess, chosen one, etc bullshit. It’s soooo toxic.
