Your rebuttal is a false equivalency. Universal means it's found throughout the group though not within every single individual and not within a specific area.
Sharks, for example, are apex predators. Yet not every single individual shark will attack you every single time you enter the ocean or their territory.
A lot of predation depends on opportunity.
The deal is that man culture has defined dating in predatory terms rather than a different construct.
The result is that is that women no longer feel inherently safe around men or in dating.
Of course. If men are the designated predators in dating, that makes women the designated prey.
Show me a gazelle that's comfortable and at their ease around a lion rather than being on their guard.
Go ahead. I'll wait.
And yet, you do see thrm get close in proximity on occasion. Not every lion chows down on every gazelle.
This is also about perception. Based off an abstract construct derived from "man the hunter" mythology. This was a choice in vocabulary and thinking, not an inherent truth. And this is where that choice led. We're where it was going to inevitably lead. It couldn't have gone anywhere else.
It doesn't matter that there are women who date predatorily either. That's a truth. There are. They're out there.
But they're not the designated predators in the gender construct, are they? Men don't even see theyre in trouble with these women most of the time. They can't. Because their beliefs about dating blind them to truth.
Man vs bear challenges the construct. The abstract. And shows the flaws of it and why it's harmful.
It's not about individuals or the inherentmorality (or lack of) within a group.
I'm not going to address your use of racism and internalized misogyny, Uncle Toms and Serena Joys because they're not worth giving air to. It's clear it's not in good faith. Marginalized groups are fatigued enough.
Man vs bear is about how the model plays out on the population when adopted as a belief. It's not about the populations, the idividuals within them, who's good and who's bad.
But for real. All the men losing their damn minds need to stop telling women theyre crazy for correctly assessing a bad dynamic that is getting them hurt, abused, and killed far too often.
Women aren't the crazy here.
