Of course it means something that 63% of men would rather not approach women. It means a few of things.

It means there's fewer creeps out harassing women.

It means men are startinf to be mindful about how their actions impact others.

It means inappropriate sexual behavior toward random women in public is being normalized less.

It means both men and women have some adjusting to do.
