Your assertions are interesting, but the fact remains your research contradicts other research.
Having gone through motherhood and hearinf stories about my own infancy and that of my siblings, I chuckle at the bit about the crying again. Sorry, it's just too reductive. I can also attest that I was recognized by the sound of my voice from hour one. Well before she could even focus on faces. Also, the crying was for specific things and had specific sounds. So I agree with that research more. It made no difference who solved the problem, the crying ended when the problem ended.
For the most part, I do agree with what you say about isolation though. It's not normal.
