You try people based on what you can prove in a court of law. It’s not unusual for certain elements to not be used in trial. Doesn’t mean they don’t exist.
You may know they did something else or why they did what they did that you can’t prove to a legal standard. That knowledge, if it were of legal weight, may either increase charges or provide mitigating factors.tonreduxe sentence. Doesn’t mean that shouldn’t go in their file or be discussed amongst certain entities. Or that such info has no value.

I’ve heard some of the same from my Asian friends, associates, and acquaintances. I’ve also heard a lot of concern about race being swept under the rug and how they feel like they’re being gaslit. Also a lot about Asian fetish in the porn industry as a form of racial bias. They’re valid points of concern.
It is possible to talk about race in conjunction with this case and have meaningful discussions without getting bogged down with legal and investigative specifics of the case.
