You think? Honestly?
Okay. Rereading.
I'm still seeing someone who has benefitted tremendously in her life from feminism and KNOWS it deeply, integrally and has now stumbled upon something that feminism cannot give her in the way that she wants it. At least not in and of itself.
Motherhood.
It doesn't take it away from her either though. That's the important part.
I see that she's more than happy to take the gifts of feminism when she's all about a life of folly. And she has lived a life of folly.
But now.shes ready to scrap the whole kit and caboodle and throw all the rest of us back under the bus rather than pursue motherhood via non-traditional means.
Like adoption. Invitro. The Heart method. A coparenting arrangement with a male. A civil agreement with another woman tied into one of the other ways of.getting pregnant. Fostering.
I see she's using corporate antifeminist lingo, but this is all about having what she wants, when she wants it, and how she wants it and not about leaning in.
