You shouldn't. If you're a woman, it doesn't matter what you do, you're doing it wrong and somebody out there feels the need to help you by letting you know.
Feminists cover the spectrum, they just sont all get media exposure or recognition. It's hard to orgamize and lobby for legislative feminist causes as a high ranking corporate boss babe working working 80 or 90 hrs a week yet both are paving the way forward for other women.
You'll never hear about a stay at home mom who started a small girl's school that protects girls from marketing prioaganda that makes her hate her body and self harm, or provide a reinforcing safe space for recovery against eating disorders but she and her school are living/existing feminist principles.
The grandmother who makes crochet dolls to raisenmoney for domestic violence shelters.
The teen who trains dogs to be emotional support animals for traumatized people.
The college student who hands out water and sandwiches to himeless women (and men) and try to get them into shelters. The women who run and volunteer in these shelters.
Feminists are everywhere. We just don't all get press.
