You shouldn't. You can't really do much to help another country.

What you can do is listen and learn. Think. Witness. Maybe offer moral support but only if you're so inclined.

Few people are positioned, educated, or resourced well enough to engage in these issues successfully on an international level. That's the reality of it.

Your fight is for your own families. Your own community. Your own Province/State. Your own country.

You can't carry the whole world. No need getting unduly fussed about it.
