You said a lot more than that. Again, painfully.

To that particular bit, I would argue that men's battles are less difficult than women's on two fronts.

1. They tend to be more self inflicted rather than inflicted by others. Therefore, you automatically have more agency to redress your difficulties.

2. Men have never had to beg, plead, fight for, or deconstruct autonomy issues in order to employ said agency to redress their difficulties. They haven't had to learn it. It's always been a part od thr male experience. Ergo, they have an easier time both using their agency and not second guessing themselves when they do because it's more natural to them than to women.

As far as cruelty of them goes....I'll save my breath and refer you to Margaret Atwood.
