You make good points but it's not an all or nothing strategy.
If enough women with means leave these states it will have the necessary effect. It will become too cost prohibitive to the state to maintain these policies.
That will be doubly true if the supposition that these laws are tied to white supremacy are correct. The more white women who leave, the better.
For those who cannot afford to move out of state, there are other options. Being not proactive about birth control. Doubling up on birth control, especially during ovulation and directly after. Refusing sex and marriage. Refusing men who refuse to wear a condom. Demanding sterilization for yourself or partner when you've had all the children you want. Saving up money to move out of state or handle a pregnancy emergency. Plan B. Abortion pills via the mail. Keep pregnancies secret until you know what you want to do.
The point is, just because something is harder doesn't make it impossible. Leaving these states is not the only strategy. Not everyone has to or can follow the same strategy. In the end, we all know if we live in a conservative led state, it's just a matter of time until abortion is made illegal.
If we're smart, we'll recognize that, plan and prepare for an unplanned pregnancy now, and start putting things in place because there will be no Hail Mary that will save abortion access. It will be a long hard slog to get it back and quite frankly, not enough people actually want safe and affordable repeoductive healthcare. It's almost a 50/50 split.
