You know, even if you're right in your assessment of Jada in those clips and she shames Will and doesn't love him and blah blah blah....

It doesn't automatically follow that she manipulated him too. You can be mean and hateful to someone without being manipulative.

Further, no one gets manipulated without allowing it to happen. That might be based on social expectations, ignorance, codependency, history, or what have you. My point is ge is not someone who was raised to accept abuse. He had a very solid foundation growing up, one a lot of us can only wish we had. Given that, I do it very hard to believe that he would be so easy to manipulate and would keep comint back for more, if that we truly the case.

This idea that she's manipulating him just doesn't track.

For the record, I didn't see what you saw in regards to the rest of it either, in regards to Will and how you've twisted a particular meaning out of her words, when they could easily be interpreted several ways.

I agree that her relationship with her son's friend is somewhat problematic, or would be for most people. It wasn't illegal. It wasn't abusive. It was consensual.
