🤔. You hinted that you were only being pleased on a good day. Granted, there doesn't have to literal screaming to enjoy sex enough to orgasm. But you said that in a manner to suggest you're not really enjoying yourself. Having children shouldn't affect your ability to orgasm. Having a dead bedroom does, as does having a husband who doesn't really arouse you.
