Are you really a person then if you have to be needed for money to not feel lonely or are you a bank? A business? Sorry, but that doesn't seem very human to me.

Being needed to help with the kids, companionship, conversation, sexual intimacy, a sounding board, to be taken care of when you're sick, backup when things go to shit, etc.

These are a few things women need men for.

If you are needed for that and so much more but you still feel lonely because you're not needed for money or to conduct financial matters on her behalf, that's a you problem.

That's a choice you're making to be petty. It's a cheap and weak power play, nothing more.
