You could flip conservatives with liberals in this essay and the meaning will not change; just which direction the fingers are pointing. This is hypocrisy.
You don't have to give up intolerance. You just can't demand others share your intolerance based predominantly on a religion the either interpret differently or want no part of.
Most of the things you gripe about hit conservative populations more than liberal ones. Obesity amd ignorance in particular. Just saying.
