You commented under your own first xommenr accidentally, so I just now saw your response.

Women don't typically fight in military fashion. Let's face facts. It's not safe for us as we have to worry about our own men turning on us and abusing us as well as enemy soldiers.

Secondly, there's lots of ways to fight a war. Frankly, women are better suited to harrying the opposition than ground assaults.

I'm in my 50s now, so if there was an invasion, I'd be working supply lines, spycraft, booby traps, remote attacks, sniping, medical, etc.

Note, I do not have to be in a military unit to do any of those things. Good luck stopping me.

When I was younger, bedire I had my child (which by necessity changes the calculus) I would have gotten a sniper's rifle and taken to dogging the enemy. It's a perishable skill, but I used to be a pretty decent shot, I can live off the land, had no problems moving over rough terrain or being alone.

Again, I don't have to be a part of a military unit to do that and good luck stopping me.

Heard a story of a Ukranian grandma who's toem was invaded at the start of the war. She invited a squad of Russian soldiers in for dinner, got them all cozy and comfortable and then barrickaded them inside and set her own house on fire. Burnt them to a crisp.
Well done Grandma. Well done.

Can you imagine how demoralizing that was to the other soldiers. Nothing to do but listen to them scream while they die, knowing given half a chance the same will happen to you.

During invasion, women will protect and fight as we always have to.

It's male hubris that you don't see it or count it.

But women always defend and shield their homes and their families. We're the last line of defense.
