You bring up a good point too. I've been hearing lots of stories about places that can't film jobs but are turning good workers away at the same time. Then they say people are lazy and don't want to work. It's crazy.

I think part of this is their stupid hiring algorithms. And speaking of people who don't want to work....how about the lazy corporations and human resources that don't want to do the back breaking work or reading a resume?
