Yes. Of course. We just frame it differently, and for us it's a break away from social norms.

The societal script is that we're supposed to trust you men and give you a chance. That you wouldn't approach is if you weren't interested in us romantically. Because only the lowest of low man would ever harm a woman. They're just not wired that way.

But why?

Nowhere else is anyone expected to give that level of automatic and inherent trust based on nothing but vapor that has clearly born out to be abject nonsense.

When it comes down to it, you have to be wary of people when you meet them. Not necessarily suspicious, but wary.

Wary means you know you need to keep an eye on someone to see if their actions match their words or their presentation.

Suspicion means you're assumingthe worst of them, based on fear.
