Yes, but the important distinction here is that they're not starting from there based on bias against men, or showing favoritism to women.

For the court, it's about money.

I'm not arguing that men will and do perceive it that way. You feel how you feel. But feelings aren't an objective truth and staying stuck in them, clinging to them, will leave men unable to improve circumstances for themselves.

Once you recognize it's about money, you have a vantage point from which to effectively respond.
