Yep. You can also loosen the seal and pop the top off like any other lid if you know how.

Or you can make a very basic can opener out of trash metal scraps if you have the tools and basic know how. Like the ones on keychains.

Of course no self respecting scout is going to find themselves without a can opener because there’ll be on in their pocket knife. 😉
