Of course, that’s probably part of it too, truth be told. Cause if Ukraine doesn’t hold out for a decades long insurgency war like Afghanistan did, how would that look for us? It would make us look weak, wouldn’t it?

I can’t tell you how disgusted I am to hear all this claptrap and realize that most of people crowing support for Ukraine at only doing so because they’re afraid of looking weak. Vicariously.

The lives of all the people actually in the conflict aren’t even a second thought.
