Yep. 54 hours. Full contraction strength (they measure this on a graph readout machine kind of like an EKG) after 5 hours. I was at a level 10 contraction strength for 49 hours. From the time I got to the hospital they were 5 minutes apart and I was there for more than a day before I delivered.

I finally had an epidural because I was exhausted and needed to get some rest before it came time to push. Got the epidural 3 hour before I delivered and I was only at 4 cm dilation at the time.
