Yeah, we were going to change the world. But we were the first generation to grow up with drug culture. It was the first wave and it was brutal, in hindsight. Then the boomers refused to retire. They also lived too long and we got trapped between taking care of them and taking care of our kids.

I truly hope Z and Alpha do better.
