Yeah. Until the ERA is expanded to include all marginalized people and passes, ratified,.and actually put on the books nobody’s civil rights are safe.

It’s either that or rewrite the constitution, which is actually the better option because it would make equality across the board sacrosanct, but I doubt it’s doable, especially in the current climate.
