Yeah, there's been a whole slew of them raising hell over Trans visibility day and Easter being on the same day.

In the raging, they always drop some version of, "why can't they pick a different day for trans stuff. Why did they have to put it on the same day as Easter, it's a slap in the face."

They'll drone on and on about their Christianity and family values and traditions.

But they don't know that Easter isn't on the same day every year? That's one of the two big holidays or days of observance for Christians. How good of a Christian could you really be if you don't know when the big events are observed?

I was at the transit center and one guy down a ways was peacocking his bro status to everyone near and far. I'm trying to ignore him but he's demanding my attention. He brings up Easter to start a new riff, so I just cut him off at the pass,

"If you don't like when Easter is, take it up with Pope Gregory III, it's his damn calendar. Biden didn't have anything to do with that."

And he says, I shit you not,

"Pope? Like, Catholic Pope? Catholics don't have Easter. What good would that do?"

What good indeed?
