Yeah, I do. Rather I think the specific version we see here is unique to the US.

That said, American culture is one of it's biggest exports so it's not like you don't see extremes like you see here elsewhere from time to time. It's just not as deep, all encompassing, or widespread. It doesn't have the same umpacr punch.

It's also not like the male element isn't a different kind of problem elsewhere either.

The difference is that here in the US, we are very heavily propagandized and live in a predatory economy. That's what's behind a lot of this behavior we're seeing, but it's also being pushed by churches and it's driven by misogyny.
