Men are trained to be disposable by their fathers too, but thanks for the misogyny. It's been all of 5 minutes since I ran across a comment/article blaming solely women for the problems of men.

Men learn to perform masculinity from other men. Not from their mothers. Women learn from other women, not from men.

It's other boys who tell you not to be a pussy and that everything is a competition. Not your mama. Your mama tried to reach you to share. You might be doing it "for" women but it was a man who told you you had to. Women, by and large, do not want this for you or for ourselves. It's shit.

Set it aside and evolve past it.
