Yeah. But can the victim sue or counter sue the rapist's family for the cost of care or pain and suffering? Probably not.

Personally I like to see every rapist, their family, and every lawmaker who voted yes in these barbaric laws brought to suit for every rape that happens from here on out. Remember, it's a lot easier to get justice for rape in civil court than criminal court. Cause you can be fairly certain that none of these people involving themselves in the woman's decision want to take financial responsibility for doing so.
