Wow. That's a lot of words to share a really weird take. What makes you think the left wants the govt to provide?

That's a bit insane and ridiculous.

What the wants if for the govt to level the playing field against those given toward exploitation and greed so everyone has a fair shot to provide for themselves and their families. Otherwise you get wealth inequality and poverty and oppression.

Not everyone has a generous nature and fair minded spirit or commit.ent to justice. Some people are just always going to be selfish and self serving bastards. These people need to he kept in check so they don't destroy society. Group species can't have narcissism become too prevalent as it destroys social bonds.

That's just the way it is. We're not a bunch of fluffy harmless bunnies as a species. We're manipulative and back stabbing. That's who we are. We can choose to lean in to the better sides of our natures, but we can't ever ignore the existence of the worse sides. We can't afford to.

The left wants the govt to govern. To keep the trains running on time. To keep excesses in check. To make sure everyone has access to life, liberty, and thr pursuit of happiness.

The right is much more focused on who deserves what based on their identity. That's why they're wasting time screaming about cancel culture and engaging in culture wars. They don't want everyone to have the same access to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They believe some people are just more deserving of being able to eat and fees their families and have a roof over their heads.

They're for greed.
