Wow. A fragile male response after all this time. I'm honored.

My response had to do with red flags. You clearly aren't aware of this, but being a dweeb is not a red flag issue. Being prone to abuse and murder is. Dweeb is a personality. Plenty of women like nerds and dweebs. Not many women like psychos.

We're just weird like that, I guess.

Further, *perception* isn't about truth or accuracy. It's perception. Jeez, look it up.

So what I said was true. After gamergate and all the psychotic behavior that was so over the top insane from, granted, a small portion of men who game y'all are --like it or not-- linked with potential murder.

I'm sure the vast majority of perfectly friendly postal workers feel the same. Yet the spate of postal worker violence entered both the collective consciousness and the vernacular. "Going Postal" is here to stay, at least for a good long while.
As I said, that association will fade in time. However, you and your ilk throwing tantrums on social media claiming you're being gaslit because you fail to grasp nuance and apparently can't work the dictionary part of Google won't help make your case for the glories of gaming any. It is, in fact, it's own little red flag. Just not to do with gaming. That one's just the Random Barney generic asshole red flag.
And here I was thinking I wasn't going to find my quota for the week.
