Women in red states do not make up a majority of women. Red states are generally low population states. The same applies to men, actually.

Due to the electoral college, red states have more vote power. They also tend to be more religious and have more religious extremists and are more conservative because conservatives always support tax cuts.

So, even though this is widely unpopular, conditions are set for minority rule. Stacking the court with conservatives ensures legislation will not be overturned on constitutional grounds because they have such a narrow view of Constitutionally protected rights and eschew implied rights altogether. Alieto's leaked draft proves that with that bit about abortion not being mentioned in the Constitution, therefore you have no right to privacy. Women weren't mentioned in the Constitution at all, ergo how can you force women to obey the laws of citizenship and simultaneously ignore or deny their (legal) existence. It makes no sense.
