Women haven't become men.

There are plenty of jobs to contribute too. Most jobs are not careers and never have been. The problem for men is that we have shifted to a service economy and many men will not "debase" themselves by doing a service oriented job. They'd rather sit on their ass and feel sorry for themselves. And whine incessantly about how women have become men.
