Who's saying we're clones of each other?

Saying were more alike than different is not the same as claiming that we were both grown in a lab with the same sample DNA and differentiated only by genetically modifying the sex chromosomes.

Who's making that claim?

I have never heard a feminist make this claim and I am all up in feminst spaces. What's your source?
