Who's complaining? I see plenty of complaints about the approach, either because it's an inappropriate space or the method is creepy, etc. I'm not seeing any about a failure to approach.

I see men saying that they are. Okay. Where are these women hiding out? Because I've yet to run across any complaining that men don't approach.
