Whether all men are exactly the same or not is irrelevant. I thought we were talking about men being nice. What did you jump to rape and murder for? Is that what you think being nice is? Not being a rapist or murderer? Kind of a super low bar, don't you think?

Even so, nice isn't even that great most of the time anyway. Niceness can be a veneer, a performance. It often is.

I'd much rather have genuine kindness. Not many men are are even truly and consistently kind to women or ever were or will be no matter how 'nice' women are to them. You can't and chase after Masculinity ideals when those ideals pit men against women like they do.

At absolute best, men will be mostly okay with the women they're related to or have relationships with. They might be nice sometimes, they might be kind sometimes. It will always tend toward transactional thinking though. But they won't be kind as a man to Women.
