Whereas, I have zero problems pointing out cause and effect and have learned that as long as people are not confronted with those direct through lines they will fall into passive thinking and thinking they can have their cake and eat it to.

You can't.

You can resist a current, but that takes Sisyphean effort and knowing where the current is going to take you if you don't resist. Intelligence and a willingness to act, in other words. You can't slack.

And most people will fall into indolance and passivity at the first chance and stay there while their world burns around them and then cry and wail about how unfair it all is and they don't deserve it.
