When my Grandma died, I told her to hurry up else she'd miss the train. (She grew up and had a fascination with train culture). Everyone (family who had already walked on) was waitin'. Not to worry about us, we'd be fine. We'd see her soon. She had everything she needed, time to go. I asked her if she saw them. They were waving.

Everyone else had long since bailed. Couldn't take it. She was in a coma by this point. The hospice nurse has told us some have a hard time letting go so I was trying to help her release.

I was propped/curled up beside her, holding her hand and stroking her hair. The afternoon train went by, blowing it's whistle. She took her last breath then.

I didn't get left anything except memories, strength, resiliency, know how, confidence. Love.

I can see why he'd be upset over 500,000£. He got a paltry inheritance when you think about it. No matter what he does with it, what he got won't last. Not only will my inheritance last, it's grown and is already being passed down.
