What's the point here? Are you blaming women for having male children? You do know that it's the sperm that decides the sex of the child, right? It's not like women can drink a special tea and wave a crystal around or some other woo woo to ensure a female child.

Are you suggesting that women shouldn't complain about double standards unless they're willing to strangle male offspring in their cribs? Abort them as soon as you know what sex they are? Pitch them off the balcony or throw them down a well? Exactly what does that solve? Gender imbalance doesn't lead anywhere good. Ask some Asian countries how well that went for them or what their neighbors have been doing to them because of it.
