What Anna Kendrick did. Wear a damn sweater and invite other women to set aside the expectation to dress in a way for looks and sit there and freeze to meet unrralistic expectations she feels pressured to do rather than utilize the common sense to put on that damn sweater.

It's interesting that all you guys are completely missing what went down that night. Y'all commenting are making it about you.

But smashing the patriarchy is about resetting those social parameters that are double standards and harmful. "Doing something" doesn't land on men alone.

Men's participation in smashing the patriarchy here would be not making a fucking moral issue out out of a woman putting on a sweater when she's cold because now you see less skin or it's not as "pretty" or demanding dress code rules be altered to your preference of how women must dress, or writing social media fashion hit pieces that might damage her career because she wasn't hip to sitting in a 60° studio wearing a sundress, for example.

Think you gentlemen can handle that?
