Fighting back doesnt have to mean fistacuffs or dominsting in lieu of being dominated.

You don't fight back against a virus by trying to beat it up before it beats you up. You fight back with good strong preventstive measures that keep you from gertinf infected in the first place, limiting the viral load as much as you can if you do get infected, assisting your immune system, working with your body and not against it, studying how viruses work, making medicines, and so forth and so on.

You give them no safe space to be. You protext the integrity of your person.

The question is still whether or not enough women will push forward toward building that something new, or if they'll cave under pressure and we backslide. Because the pressure is rising and we're heading for hard times economically and environmentally.
