We're not going to know until it gets played out in court. The courts that have been packed with conservatives.

At it's most basic, the legislature makes the law, the judiciary interprets the law, and the executive enforces the law. 3 branches. Checks and balances (in a perfect world). We all know that.

So, when a case gets tried in court, they'll have to decide constitutionality. They'll have to weigh against precedent. One would think that should nullify it and be done with it.

But, they *can* choose to disregard precedent, establish new precedent, strike down only part of the law, etc. That happens all the time. The courts have been used to undermine proper legislation for years. It's always death by a thousand cuts.

We'll just have to wait and see how it goes. And in the meantime, punish Texas so badly that no other state dares go there. Whatever it takes.
