We’re declining I some areas but not worldwide because it’s risky to bring children into a world when you don’t know if you’ll be able to provide for them.

Still, it’s not enough. Worldwide, the population is increasing, it decreasing. We need to get down to 3 billion people or less in the next couple of generations or face extinction.
