Well, you're a social species. Part of that is abiding by what the majority conaider to be tolerable treatment.

You can't just do whatever the hell you want when the majority are overwhelmingly saying enough is enough because the behavior has exceeded group tolerance levels.

A.k.a. "the court of public opinion".

Further, did you think existing laws were randomly drawn out of a suggestion box or something? No. They came from the group deciding that those behaviors were detrimental to the well being of the group. Or, "the court of public opinion".

Don't be racist. You are nowhere near being lynched or strung up by a mob by being filmed or recorded.

What's happening is you are being told that your behavior has exceedes group tolerance levels and will no longer be ignored. What you're soing has become detrimental to the group.

You are not being criminalized. You are not being oppressed. You are not being threatened and persecuted.

You are being told NO in embarrassing, censurous terms because you too much of a stubborn ass to heed it when you were asked politely, the first time.
