Well, yes. That's exactly what I'm saying too. That is divine rage.

Reading that bit through, I got the point. It was worded clunky though. I did kind of a "wait, what?" and have to go back. Read through again with an eyebrow raised and then, "oh, he meant like Walt Whitman. Okay then. Odd, but gotcha."

The clunkiness caused a kind of mental hiccup.

People who rage against politics and all the other stuff aren't really doing so without purpose, haphazardly, or just because they're stuck in chimp brain mode. At least for the most part. I doubt it's even fair to say they're unfocused. A lot of them seem particularly focused in fact.

They just haven't given up on redeeming the system rather than destroying it altogether which is philosophical difference. In other cases, maybe they're still so new to the rage that they haven't figured out where to target their focus. As said, it's a process, not a switch.
